This was my first attempt at making copycat Gizmos for Matt… I might have set the broil on high and left the sandwiches unchecked for 7 minutes. In fairness, I was following the recipe… and the top inch of the sandwiches got a little crispy 🙂 Thankfully I had only made two of them to start with, and I was planning to broil the second two later in the week when we wanted them again, so I didn’t COMPLETELY ruin our dinner!
