These are my very large zucchini that were so lovingly gifted to me from a client and friend. I have to admit that at first I was a little afraid of the zukes. But, we have become fast friends, and I have greatly enjoyed the fruits of my labor.
Just in case you are curious, the small one weighs 3/5 pounds!
And, so far I have only used 3/4 of the big daddy and it has given me 5 cups of grated zucchini!
Last night I made brownies & spice cake. I’m waiting to make my final recipes, or recipe. Then, I was share a parade of zucchini!!!
